The Pageant will be held June 25-26, 2010 in conjunction with the Tillamook County
Rodeo in Tillamook, Oregon.
Sweetheart Division — Ages 4 ~ 7 Junior Division — Ages 8 ~ 12 Teen Division
— Ages 13 ~ 18

2011 Rodeo Queen Pageant
Tillamook County Rodeo Association is inviting all interested persons to tryout for the coveted title of Tillamook County Rodeo Queen for 2010. Applicants must be between the ages of 17 & 27, single or married. Applicants shall not have borne children, been pregnant, become pregnant or be responsible for children during the next 2 years. Applicants must be a resident of Tillamook County, or a county whose border touches Tillamook County’s.
The pageant for the 2010 Queen will be held on June 25th, 26h, & 27th, 2010 at the Tillamook County Fairgrounds and will include but not limited to speaking, modeling, riding, a written test on rodeo knowledge, and interviews and participating in a parade.
All contestants are asked to wear clean, well-fitted western shirt and jeans of any color, hat, belt and boots for all portions of the pageant. Chaps are not allowed.
Contestants will be required to participate in interviews, model and give a 2-3 minute speech. Speech topic is “RODEO”.
Horsemanship requires contestants to do a predetermined riding pattern, on their own horse and a horse they have never ridden, work cattle, a flag presentation and a queens run at the Saturday and Sunday performances of the rodeo. All contestants will be required to ride in the parade on Saturday morning.
Miss TCRA is very busy during the spring and summer months traveling to various speaking and rodeo events that the she will be required to attend. Miss TCRA is required to attend all TCRA rodeo board meetings and must be able to provide transportation and insurance for her horse as well as herself. All contestants shall agree to adhere to all rules and regulations and shall sign all consents and waivers of liability.
